The service was friendly and professional, despite some delays and miscommunication. The location is perfect for golfers and families, situated on a golf resort with easy access to nearby attractions. The dining experience was good overall, with fresh options available. However, the countryside surroundings may not offer much activity, especially during the off-season.
The hotel is a diamond in the rough, offering a serene countryside location just a short drive from Los Alcazares. The rooms, while spacious with fabulous views overlooking the pool, could use an update. The service, especially at breakfast and the reception, was amazing, though the need to book restaurant reservations in advance was evident. The dining experience left much to be desired, but the facilities were enjoyable for a relaxing stay.
The hotel is full of Golf club members and wives, could really use an update and freshen up. The same-day booking option was amazing.
